Allocating Meters

Notified about an unallocated meter? Follow these steps to properly allocate it.

 

Locating Unallocated Meters

  1. Navigate to the Structure tab in the left sidebar menu.
  2. Open the Meters page.
  3. Click the Filter button in the top navigation bar.
  4. Use the Group filter and select Ungrouped Facilities to display only unallocated meters.

Assigning a Meter to a Facility

  1. Select an unallocated meter from the filtered list.
  2. Click the Edit button in the top navigation bar.
  3. Search through the list of known facilities and assign the meter to the correct facility.
  4. Make any other necessary changes to the meter details.
  5. Click Save to apply the updates.

Once saved, the meter will be correctly allocated and will no longer appear in the unallocated list. You can revisit the Meters page anytime to modify allocations as needed.
