Grouping Facilities

Notified about an Ungrouped Facility? Follow these steps to assign it to the correct facility group.

 

Locating Ungrouped Facilities

  1. Navigate to the Structure tab in the left navigation bar.
  2. Open the Facilities page.
  3. Click the Filter option in the top navigation bar.
  4. Select Ungrouped Facilities to display only unassigned facilities.

Assigning a Facility to a Group

  1. Select the ungrouped facility from the filtered list.
  2. Choose the appropriate Facility Group for the selected facility.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

Once saved, the facility will be grouped accordingly and will no longer appear in the ungrouped list. You can revisit the Facilities page anytime to adjust group assignments as needed.
