Get Started with Our Web-Based Platform: From Standard Login and SSO Options to Password Management and First-Time Access Guidelines
Trellis is a web-based system optimised for desktop and laptop computers, and accessible through most major web browsers.
To Log In

If your organisation has Single Sign On (SSO) enabled, use the unique login URL issued for your organisation and click the button to log in using your existing credentials. If you navigate to https://app.yourtrellis.com you will only be able to use the standard log in process.

If your organisation does not have SSO enabled:
- Use a web browser to navigate to app.yourtrellis.com.
- Log in using the username you have been issued and the password you have previously specified.
- Use a web browser to navigate to app.yourtrellis.com.

If this is your first time logging in, or you have forgotten your password, simply reset your password using the steps below.

If you have not been issued a username, contact your manager or lodge a support request.

Resetting your Password (not applicable to SSO)
You will need to reset your password when you access Trellis for the first time, if you forget your password, or if your previous password has expired.
To reset your password:

Use a web browser to navigate to https://app.yourtrellis.com.

Follow the 'Forgot password?' link.

Submit your Trellis username.

Trellis will send you an email containing a link. Follow this link and you will be prompted to enter a new password.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
